Laundry Supervisor I started at Elouera Laundry in 2017. I came to Elouera because I enjoyed working in disability and I was interested in the employment side, where the employees can be themselves in a safe, accepting and supportive environment and help to develop and maintain their acquired skills. Ward Gaiter
Chief Executive Officer
Born & raised in Bourke in Western NSW I have moved throughout QLD & NSW whilst working in the mining and agriculture industries. Settled in Wagga Wagga with my wife Dannyelle and our four children in 2017.
I hold qualifications in Finance (Bachelor of Financial Administration) and Law (Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies) and have spent the last 20 years managing large and complex organisations in the mining, agriculture, transport and hospitality industries.
I was drawn to Elouera as it allows me to give back to the community and I love working with the awesome management team and board that I am lucky enough to have.

With nearly a decade of experience at Elouera Association Ltd, I am deeply committed to our mission of empowering individuals with disabilities. As Operations Manager, I find immense fulfillment in seeing our clients achieve their goals and thrive. Our team works tirelessly to make a positive impact, ensuring those we support can live their best lives. This role is not just a job for me, it’s a passion and a purpose that drives me every day.

Cassie Malone

Diverse background as a small business owner, medial scientist and administrator. Travelled extensively within Australia and internationally. In another lifetime lived on a boat in New Zealand for 7 years.
Entered the disability sector as an LAC with Intereach before jumping at the opportunity to join Elouera in late 2023. Kind and compassionate by nature, I love to hear peoples stories and support them on their journey.
