Elouera Day Services
Elouera Association Ltd strives to empower individuals with a disability to achieve their goals. The Elouera Centre operates day programs plus a range of NDIS supports such as:
- One on one supports
- Support to attend appointments
- Small group activities
- Home Care tailored to the individual needs of our participants
- After school supports for Children with a Disability

Our Day centres offer a variety of activities designed to support individuals with disabilities in achieving their personal goals. We focus on enhancing community access, developing essential life skills, and fostering meaningful social interactions. We organise outings and special programs to enrich each individual’s experiences and promote inclusivity within the community.
Our Team
Staff that are employed by the Elouera Day Centre for these supports all work either at the Day Centre or the Elouera Special School. This way we know we are offering well trained and reliable staff and there is a greater continuity of supports if your preferred support person is unavailable for any reason
Our Facilities
Our services are aimed at fully meeting the needs of the individual whether this be in the community, home or at one of our own facilities. Participants have access to specialty wheelchair vehicles along with specialised equipment located in our Centres. Our Day Services are located at 76 Wallendoon Street and 108 Sutton Street in Cootamundra NSW.
