About our Employment Services

Elouera Association (Inc) has a number of employment options for people with a disability who are on a Disability Support Pension and/or are deemed eligible for employment with us by Centrelink.  We are a funded Australian Disability Enterprise meaning we provide employment support for people that would find it difficult to secure employment in the mainstream workforce.

Our employees generally have lower productivity that the general population and they require higher levels of support to enable them to succeed.  Employees are employed under a Federal Modern Award that covers employees with a disability in Australian Disability Enterprises.

The various pages on this web site show the types of employment available.  We have Recycling, Timber Work and a Laundry in Cootamundra (that can also be accessed by Temora Employees via our transport service), Recycling in Young (that can also be accessed by Harden Employees via our transport service) and a Cafe in Coleambally (that can also be accessed by Darlington Point employees via our transport service).
